DELF Exams

DELFThe University of Calgary became a DELF / DALF Examination Centre under the auspices of the Calgary Board of Education in February 2012. The DELF (Diplôme d’études en langue française) is an French Diploma diploma issued by the French Ministry of Education. It is divided into six different levels of competency, from basic to proficient level. It is recognized worldwide by institutions and agencies where knowledge of French is required. This diploma is awarded for life and, as such, is an asset on a resumé. Our first DELF session took place in April. Twenty students successfully took the A2 examination. Our next session will be in June 2012. For more information, contact Odile Rollin at delf@ucalgary.ca.
